RMS Sidewinder C2
Rms Inc. is proud to introduce the all new Sidewinder C2. It has many of the same innovations as the C1 with a few new wrinkles. Like most high end carbon offerings the C1 has internal wiring. The new C2 goes one step beyond. Instead of your bike mechanic spending hours to rewire your frame each year, the new C2 can be rewired by the owner in a matter of minutes. All of the wires run through small internal nano guides that smoothly steer the wire right where it needs to go. Smoother replacement, smoother shifting. You put the wire in the front end and it comes out of the frame the first time in exactly the right spot, genius! The frame itself is the same super stiff mix of 12K and 3K UHM carbon as the C1 bike. The tubes are shaped for even more lateral and vertical stiffness, as if that was necessary, but they also look great. The frame has only one bottle boss set located on the downtube. The BB bracket area is even larger than the C1 and no more external wire guides. The medium frame weighs in at 1350 grams and the complete bike as shown w/Sram Rival and bottle cage, no pedals, is 18.7 pounds including the HED 60/90 wheel combo. We can also offer 3 sizes for the C2, with top tubes of 49.6mm. 52.5mm, and 55.8mm. The bike has the same great ride quality as the C1 and is easily on of the finest Tri bikes on the market period. Don't let the great price fool you, we don't waste loads of money on marketing which keeps pricing much lower than our competition. This is the finest bike I have ever ridden.
