Sidewinder Titanium
The Sidewinder titanium is back! It is the epitome of of what a triathlon bike should be. Simple, fast and worry free. It is built with the finest Ti tubes available, using a mix of 3/2.5 Ti for comfort and 6/4 in a few places (Bottom bracket, chainstays and head tube) for stiffness. The tubes are hydroformed and seamless for added stiffness, the welds are some of the finest I have ever seen. We have 2 stock sizes, the smaller with a 52cm TT and the larger with a 55cm TT. Both have a 78 degree seat tube angle for proper tri positioning. The derailleur hangers are not replaceable and do not need be, they are titanium also. The headtubes are 130 and 160cm respectively and are a good length so that most athletes will not require 3" of dangerous headset spacers. Frames are available for $1595 alone or complete bikes from about $2700 well equipped, you choose the components. I will have a stock smaller size shortly. We can build any custom size you require, it requires some additional work and will add some additional cost depending on complexity. Road frames with a slack road geometry are also available, POR. The warranty is simple also. 3 years to the original buyer for defects and a lifetime for crash replacement (50% frame cost).
