Warranty Information
Our warranty on our bicycles is quite simple. We have 2 different warranties, one for the Titanium bikes, and one for carbon.
Titanium: We warranty our titanium frames for 3 years from the date of purchase for any structural or manufacturers defects. We also warranty the frames for life in terms of crash replacement. This means that your RMS frame will be replaced for 50% of the current cost should you ever have an accident. This applies to the frame only and does not apply to any components. This also does not cover any neglect or using the frame for any other purpose aside from which it was intended. All components carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides. Some custom bikes may carry their own warranty or none at all at our discretion, these will be discussed at time of purchase. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
Carbon: We warranty our carbon frames and forks for 1 year to be free of any defects. This does not include neglect, crashes, or accidents of any kind. It also does not include improper maintenance or over tightening of frame or components. Any paint used on the frame or forks immediately voids any warranty. We also offer a 3 year crash replacement for frame and fork. If you wreck your bike, RMS will replace the frame or forks at 50% of current cost. Components are warranted by their respective manufacturer. These warranties do not include neglect or using the bike for any thing but its intended purpose. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
